Cute Passenger

My son asked me to watch his stuffed puppy while he was in school today and left him on the front seat. I had forgotten about him until I left to pick him up and found this cute guy looking at me as I got in the car.

On A Clear Day...

I thought the sky was so interesting today. These shots were taken at different angles in the same spot, but looked like two different days or locations depending on the angle.

Alpaca Anyone?

I was driving a familiar road today when I came across something new. An alpaca farm! I thought they were so cute so I pulled over to take a picture and they all stopped and stared at me until I pulled away. It was so funny!

Peek-A-Boo

The boys were having a lot of fun playing peek-a-boo at lunch today. I thought it made for a cute picture. I love the look on the baby's face & how you can tell just from the eyes that my 4-year-old is laughing.

One Cool Mouse

So we finally got our ice last night & I was able to snap this photo of my antenna topper as I cleaned off my car this morning.

We were expecting bad weather (snow, sleet, etc.) all day so I waited to take my picture of the day hoping to catch something really pretty outside. Well, the rain came & a tiny bit of ice, but nothing worth photographing. So I decided to post a picture of my Christmas tree before it comes down this weekend. I loved this tree. We all went out in mid-December to a tree farm and chose this one. My husband cut it down and strapped it to the van and I think it is one of our prettiest trees to date.

The Local Jail

My little town has lots of cute parks and old buildings. This is at one of our parks along with a beautiful gazebo & other old buildings. It used to serve as the local jail. Kind of reminds me of The Andy Griffith Show.

Sunday

I call this the "Poltergeist" tree in my back yard. I'm just glad it's far enough from the house that I don't have to worry about it grabbing one of the kids during a storm!

Candy Canes

My 4-year-old found these at a local store today. I have seen lots of different types of candy canes, but never any like these. So cute!

So my friend told me about his 2008 photo blog & I thought it was such a neat idea! I take tons of pictures and love posting them. I find it only fitting to feature him in my first pictures for this blog since it was his idea. These were taken at a local pizza buffett...a place that made him & my kids very happy!
